Overview
FormEagle is a platform that helps you collect and manage form data from various sources—particularly Facebook Lead Ads—through a single, centralized dashboard. In this guide, you’ll learn how to quickly set up your FormEagle account, connect your platforms, and leverage its key features to streamline your lead management process.
1. Creating Your Account
Sign Up: Click the “Sign Up” or “Get Started” button on the FormEagle homepage. Enter your basic information, such as name, email, and password.
Email Verification: Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your account.
Secure Password: Make sure to create a strong, unique password and, if available, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
Tip: Regularly update your password and use 2FA to keep your account secure.
2. Connecting Facebook and Other Platforms
Quick Integration: In your FormEagle dashboard, go to Settings → Connections. From there, link your Facebook account with just one click.
Page Selection: After connecting, choose which Facebook Pages you want to track. Only forms from these selected Pages will be synced with FormEagle.
Additional Integrations: If you need to connect Instagram, Google, or other services, follow similar steps to link them to FormEagle.
Tip: FormEagle uses industry-standard security measures during the integration process to ensure your accounts remain protected.
3. Managing Forms
View Your Forms: All the Lead Ads forms from your connected accounts automatically appear under the Forms tab.
Preview and Edit: Click on any form to preview its contents, update form details, or toggle its active/inactive status.
Automated Data Capture: Whenever a new lead is generated, FormEagle automatically retrieves the data and stores it in your dashboard—no manual data entry required.
Tip: Regularly reviewing your forms helps optimize your campaigns and improve lead quality.
4. Notifications and Tracking
Real-Time Alerts: Receive instant email or in-platform notifications whenever a new lead comes in. This allows you to respond quickly and boost your conversion rates.
Export to Excel/PDF: Download lead data as Excel or PDF files to analyze and share with team members, or to import into other systems.
Automation and API Integration: (If applicable) Use FormEagle’s API to integrate lead data directly into CRM, ERP, or other business tools.
Tip: Quick responses can significantly improve your lead conversion. Make sure your notifications are enabled!
