- • Lead Data: Information collected through integrated forms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Web Forms), which may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details submitted by leads. The data collection will follow the user's consent and is in compliance with EU laws for privacy.
- • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, etc.

We store information about your leads and their activities related to the content and forms you share with them via FormEagle. This may include details such as the lead's contact information, the interactions with shared content, and associated metadata.

Technical Basics
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to send them. These are strictly used for delivering notifications related to your account and service, not for marketing.
If you upload files to FormEagle (e.g., documents or images for your forms), we store them until you choose to delete them.
We use cookies on the site and similar tokens in the app to keep you logged in. FormEagle may also store basic technical information, such as your IP address, in memory or logs. This is standard practice for security and functionality.
Analytics

You may access or change your information from FormEagle Apps or by contacting our customer support. You can also request to delete your account from FormEagle by contacting our customer support.
Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
